Even if I don't know what time Trivia is, as it dawned on me last night when folks were saying they wanted to come...What time is it going to be at QD? See...I really don't know all

Yep, Lzr is correct about the triv! This Saturday at the usual time and in the lovely city of Minas Tirith!  Kym, I'm hoping to compile the questions today, so hopefully they'll be winging their way towards you by tomorrow.
Btw, folks... the winners get natty little trophy gifs... which hopefully won't make my sweet little Hbbbie grumpy

*flies in on another jumbo jet* Wow! I never KNEW being a super Cabana Hottie/spokesperson would take me all over the world!
So, anyway... *jumps off the steps* ...I just got word from the political leaders (who really aren't the presidents and prime ministers...it's the fashion designers and hair stylists, of course) that the Cabana is officially a VACATION SPOT!!!!
So, now that we've been given this designation, we need to hop to work so that we can get all of this place spit shine clean! We're going to have some hot celebs walkin' through these doors shortly. So, in preperation, in a half hour's time, we're holding trivia to make sure that everyone knows their Cabana facts. *nod*
THEN! After this wonderful trivia, we're having a celebration bash, so I want everyone to look their absolute fabulous-best because as your supermodel supah beeznatch I will be doing an inspection to make sure that y'all look hawt for our guest's arrival later this evening! C'mon everyone! GET FABULOUS! ( read: Get busy! )

I'm blue...and I'm sorry gang! Even the power of the Goddess can not fight the mighty ISE demon...we love Jon and he did what he could to jump start the server, but alas it was about a half hour to late.
We will reschedule the Cabana Trivia event at another time, and I think the next time we attempt it, we'll have pre-coordinated our event with a time when I'm sure Jon can be online and perhaps even at the event so in case of another ISE demon attack, I'm prepared with the proper weapons ...
Till next time...ya'll better study, as some questions in our "practice" round went unanswered *veg*

Well, I'm sure I saw a guy behind the bar... then again, I did draw a tash on myself so I may be mistaken... 
Shame about the server going wonky, but atleast I get to keep my Shameless Dr.Who Plug Point. nah nah nah *does the funky chicken*

URGENT NOTICE
To: All guests, visitors, staff and residents of the Cabana
From: Cabanalifeguard HQ
Subject: Storm Warning.
After extensive consultation with the Cabana Lifeguards Weather Office, the foremost authority on weather on the island as well as international meteorological stations, the Lifeguards have taken the unprecedented step of changing the weather noticeboards from the usual description of "Perfect!" to "Batten Down the Hatches!"
At 10:00 this morning, Cabana Time, I held a meeting with all lifeguards on the island and they are currently preparing all guest areas for the onset of a hurricane force storm.
ALL BEACHES, POOLS AND OTHER WATER ATTRACTIONS HAVE BEEN CLOSED UNTIL THE STORM HAS BEEN DEEMED PASSED.
Furthermore, due to preparations for the storm, many of the Cabana's public areas will be operating on a reduced capacity with just one or two more (eg. Ensign Bill's Precarious Play Tower) following the water attractions in being closed.
An emergency shelter for all guests will be provided in the Main Bar with free entertainment, food, drink and emergency sleeping accomodation for those who require it.
All guests, staff, visitors and residents are requested to move indoors as soon as possible. Outdoor furniture should be moved indoors or tied down immediately. All sun umbrellas should be removed to safe locations.
I have ordered the draining of the pool, Wild-West complex and placing of red flags on all beaches.
For those of you who may or may not be interested, the Cabana LWO have designated the storm "Hurricane ISE".
The Cabana lifeguards will endeavour to provide assistance in preparing all areas of the island and will issue updates as the situation progresses.
In the mean time, tie it down, take it indoors and get the heck inside!

Help!! KC, my gin has fallen in the ocean. You're head lifeguard, save it!!
*runs around then up to the weather station, throws a sarong round bikini and stands before the weather chart*
Cue the cameras, SG on camera one!
Ladies and gentlemen of the cabana, hangers-on, layabouts and Iain (ISAren't) we have an official Hurricane warning. As you can see from our animation, hurricane ISE is bearing down on our peaceful haven. Grab the inflatable sharks, cover the trampoline and someone put the roller coaster in its station! This is not a drill, and strengthening winds have already caused several accidents to resident's huts and my gin!
This has been a QD weather report for Cabana news.

Aaaand in late breaking news, our visitation from popular fashion authorites has been postponed until further notice due to this massive storm... It's truely a tragedy. I will pass along updates as they come in. But for now, sit tight, get stronger drinks. We will be moving to the emergency indoor holodeck where we'll resume normal playtime atmosphere until the weather outside is better. Cheerio! This has been Fashionita News - Nobbe signing off.

As many of you know Cabana Trivia is being rescheduled...well it's time to make you all aware of one neat twist this time around....I have purchased some fun toys and am putting together a "Beach in a Box" Care Package, that I will personalize and send to who ever wins the Cabana Trivia competition (given the requirement of needing to get your real snail mail address) Now I can't tell you what all will be in the package, as that would ruin the surprise! But it's sure to bring a smile to your face and help you enjoy your summer! So if I were you...I'd start studying!
