It is the god of all ads.
It puts lesser ads to shame.
It is a BIG ad.
Is it the best ad you've ever seen? Or have you some greater ad for our edification and amusement.
If your favourite aint the almight big ad, let us know here...

It's now tied for my favorite ad...my other favorite being a Tombstone Pizza ad from about 10 years ago...
A guy's tied to a post, facing a firing squad, presumably, about to be executed. The captain of the firing squad stands next to him.
Firing squad guy: Blindfold? *holds up a blindfold*
Prisoner: No.
Firing squad guy: Last words?
Prisoner: No.
Firing squad guy: What do you want on your tombstone?
Prisoner: Pepperoni and sausage.
Cut to the next scene and the guy's eating a slice of pizza.
Firing squad guy: Napkin? *holds up napkin*
Prisoner: No.
It's a lot funnier when you see it.......

Fair Kevin of KCilia, there is but one ad which always amuses.
I don't believe it would be something seen beyond our fair shores.... but y'know that butter ad where Death calls to Mrs O'Reilly (?), and rather than let him speak she invites him in and gives him some bread with the butter (important point as it's a butter ad  ), and then as he leaves she tell him about the woman down the road who hasn't "been feeling too well", and he becomes curious so leaves.... but instead of his sickle-thingy, he has a pink umbrella

That ad always falls short with me because Mrs. O' Reilly is clearly a young woman in a wig. If they had had an actual real elderly lady, who actually looked as if she could be the type to be friendly to death. That woman looked like a coffee drinkin' exec. I want a proper ol' Irish lady. My favorite all time ad is a Sprint commercial they played a few years ago... It had a monkey laying on the couch and when they went in for a closeup....the monkey had a thermometer hanging out his mouth, a water bag on his head and the saddest face .*LOL* I used to die laughing at it But they took it off the air before I could record it

Not exactly recalling all the ads I thought were better, I do know that - though I like the big ad - I simple laughed louder at many other commercials before.  So I voted 'no'. *l*

Unlike most ads, it didn't manage to annoy me on the first viewing. I guess that's something...

That ad was the mother of all ads. This only proves that beer commercials really are the best commercials in the world. *nods*
Next to the DQ commerical of the guy getting his tongue stuck in a blender, and the girl running into a door jam. And the guy who's head falls off in a taxi because he had too many ice mints. And the ad of nothing: Just a door and the words, "A new service and/or product coming soon."

7 TV adds better than the big add. And they are only 15 seconds each.
Just go down to the Television section and pick which one to watch.
I particularly like Hemorrhoids, Zuback and Rotate.

The best ad I ever saw, was about 15yrs. ago. The ad was for LIFE CEREAL. Three young kids sitting at the table. 1 had the cereal in front of him and past it to the next kid saying you try it. Then the 2nd kid said no you try it. Then the 2 kids said lets give it to Mikey, he likes anything. They gave it to Mikey, he took a spoonful, and the 2 kids said, look he likes it.
I also like another ad from 15 yrs. ago. It is for OSCAR MAYER BOLOGNA. It is where different kids one by one in different places sing the song for Bolonga. The song goes like this."MY BOLONGA HAS A FIRST NAME IT'S O S C A R, MY BOLOGNA HAS A LAST NAME IT'S M A Y E R, OH I LOVE TO EAT IT EVERY DAY, AND IF YOU ASK ME WHY I'LL SAY, CAUSE OSCAR MAYER HAS A WAY WITH B O L O G N A".

There was a better ad back during the 2000 Olympics. "This is a PRAWN, not a SHRIMP" and so on. Had to see it to believe it.
And for those who are scratching their head... The song in Big Ad (the real song, that is) is named Carmina Burana.

Another TV Ad I really like is on each yr. around Christmas time. The Ad is for Coka Cola. It is the Coke Bear, or Coke Bear family holding a coke, and then sliding down the hill. At the bottom of the hill they take a sip of coke. This is a very cute commerical. If you have never seen it, check it out, if they show it this yr. Not sure if it will be on or not.

It's a cool ad.
There are other ads I've seen which are pretty damn funny, but since they're German, you probably won't have seen them...
Okay, so that's just my excuse for not being able to think of any of them right now.
