Ok, today we try something different as you all are too closed to give out quotes

It's a kind of Quiz which I know from a German Forum I used to go to.

It works like this:
The person that starts it (in this case me) gives a quote of an SW-movie and asks a question about it. Possibilities are Who asks it / Who sais it to who? What is the reply/reaction? In what situation/scene? What are they talking about? These are just examples, I hope you get the idea.

Whoever knows the answer first, posts it and asks the next quote-question-combination.

All right, let's get started then, I'll make it simple for the start.

"What a piece of junk!"
Who says it about what?

Luke Skywalker..... about..... R2? Or C3P-0.... he probably said it about Ben Kenobi... we all know his little problem with "Respect thy elders"

Luke is correct, but the junk isn't a droid.

Yes, correct. (Wolfie had to go)

And if you're sure there is no need to wait for a confirmation in this case as we have such short time.

Go on, ask the next KypD

Tricky? My Star Wars quoting powers have doubled since the last time we met, Neeb...

Count Dooku, Episode 3, to Anakin.

I was Jean-Luc Picard! There are some words which I have known since I was a schoolboy. "With the first link, the chain is forged. The first speech censored, the first thought forbidden, the first freedom denied, chains us all irrevocably." These words were uttered by Judge Aaron Satie -- as a wisdom, and warning. The first time any man's freedom is trodden on, we're all damaged.

Oh, I need to post a question too? I wasn't paying attention to the rules - I was just baited by the suggestion that this was... "difficult".

So, an easy one. (By my standards, and ultra-easy if your name is Ray and you can quote the films backwards, in your sleep.)

"Excuse me."
(As a line on its own, not part of a sentence - say.)

Hmm, I think of Anakin jumping out of the yellow car-thing.

Might be mistaken though, I don't know the PT forwards and certainly not backwards.

IF it should be correct (I'm going to bed) ... uhm...

Free us or die!
What was the reaction/answer?

Laughter. And a definite "nah".

Next one, dunno how difficult it is:
"Don't do that."
Who was it said to, and what was he doing to prompt it?

I so hear Luke saying it to Yoda at their first meeting ... it was about not digging through Luke's stuff which he of course did

Someone's here to see you, Honey!
Who is "Honey"?

PS: Of course Iain's quote from above could have been one of 3-PO's lines on several occasions too, he did excuse himself far too often (3-PO not Iain)

"I can arrange that. You could use a good kiss."

And what's the reply to "You're not actually going into the asteroid field?"

"Well, if they follow standard Imperial procedure, they'll dump
their garbage before they go to light-speed, then we just float away."

The Thank you was for shutting C-3PO off.

How about this?

"Nice to see a familiar face."

Who said that?

If Luke came in through the South Entrance at Echo Base.

"Alright, don't lose your temper."

Who does Han say that to?

I'll throw a hint, since no one seems to be getting it. It takes place at the start of Episode V, right after Han gets back to the base on his tauntaun.

I'll stick with my original answer and say 3-PO ... although he's bad enough without losing his temper, you are correct there, Hobbie

Otherwise I'd go for a less metallic solution

Alright, alright, it's my turn. I'd like to apologize for this first day 'cause I... forgot. Classes, y'know?

The rules: I post a picture, and you guys make your own captions! This is why I'm apologizing, 'cause the first picture was found under short notice, but have fun!

What?
