But Peter, I never gave you ice powers...i just dumped a bucket of ice on you.
However if I really wanted to use my ice powers on you, I would do this "shoots a blast ice on a tree and watches the tree fall over, going to land on you"
Oh crud...now you do have my ice powers.

Oh. That makes sense.
Hmmm, I need to find a power that makes people say what they're really thinking and see if Future Peter will absorb it, for laughs and giggles.
One time I teleported Future Peter into his mom's bedroom while she was getting dressed, boy did he get smacked hard! Of course there was that one time I was speeding and he conveniently teleported a cop to the side of the road, where I got a ticket for speeding.
