Dear Iain,
On Saturday you are going to move OTF to a new server with a reboot soon after.
This is good for many reasons, the top 10 below:
10. Never again will you ignore Ray and I for "just a minute" to "take the forums offline."
9. I won't have to listen to you going on and on about outdated software, of which I understand very little.
8. There will be no more Dilbert comics of which you go "THIS SOUNDS LIKE OTF"
7. I won't have to watch you delete my stuff from your website to "free some room on the server."
6. I won't have to pretend to care when you talk so passionately about this new server, as you'll then start talking about how much the new server is "AWESOME."
5. Tormenting my cat will hold less appeal, with a shiny new server.
4. You'll hopefully not be flooded by so many bounced emails, which make me go "AHHHHHHHH" when I'm on your computer.
3. Maybe you'll stop hitting me with the helicopter in the face, as you're too in love with the server to touch it.
2. I won't have to listen to you type so fast at 2am that it wakes me up.
1. When we have kids, no longer will I have to worry about you naming them Outpost10f, as OTF will still be around, due to the new server.
So, in essence, this new server is helping me not physically harm you anymore due to you ignoring Ray and I, hitting me with a helicopter, and hurting my cat.
This is good.

Didn't you hear? The new server will be in control of a radio telescope, and therefore able to control all remote control helicopters everywhere. Simultaneously.
We will mount an RC helicopter attack on your cat.

That's not very pretty-making. Don't make me send Special Circumstances after you. I'll do it. I really will, Iain-la. (Iain-wa and Iain-la both sound stupid, btw. Your name is not special. Brandi-la sounds awesome though).
Also, I plan on feeding HPG poprocks then asking you to drive her somewhere with your sister. It will be awesome. Just so you know.

And you may have powers, but apt-get has Super Cow Powers.
