It may be helpful, imo, to set the website up so that each portion of the issue has it's own page or if there is some way to quantify the amount of clicks for each of the links and analyze the statistics to see which one is being clicked each month versus last, etc. Then you can base the popularity of each portion fo the issue based on clicks... similiar to the google model.

For the record, I check the recommendations EVERY month. I don't not do it because I don't want to or I forgot. If I don't send a recommendation, it's because I don't recommend anybody. This time around I actually recommended six people and I think that is a record for me. I've never recommended that many.

Seriously? I have the worst luck ever. I just spent a half hour chopping up two massive watermelons for a work barbeque tonight and I dropped the entire tray when I was done. It's like I stood there and said, "Figures."
