One of the greatest innovators of movie special effects, Oscar winner Carlo Rambaldi has died at home, aged 86. Amongst other movie visual effects, Rambaldi, is perhaps most famous for designing and creating ET.
Known for movies such as:
E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (1982), Alien (1979),King Kong (1976), Close Encounters of the Third Kind (1977), Dune (1984), King Kong Lives (1986).
