Turhan Bey, TV and film actor whose exotic good looks earned him the nickname of 'Turkish Delight', has died aged 90.
Turhan Bey whose career spanned more than 50 years, was a popular leading man in 1940's Hollywood. He became known for his parts in The Spiritualist (1948) - Dragon Seed (1944) - The Climax (1944) - Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves (1944)
He appeared in episodes of Babylon 5 as the Emperor of Centauri (who also had the name Turhan), and afterwards as Turval a Minbari Ranger.
