Hello Everyone. Remember the caption contest from a little while ago? I want to start it back up. This will be a monthly contest and I will pick a winner at the end of each month. I'll post the results in that month's Blue Report.
The rules are simple, give the image below any caption you want as long as it follows the Prime Directives.
