it works alright.. the actual radio part gets almost no signal, but i barely listen to the radio. The bass has a decent kick on it.

Lights.
They change ind color and intensity as you play, is supposed to get you deeper into the game and all.
Stuff is exploding, the light is flashing.
No idea if one needs that tho.

What we really need is an Android phone or the iPhone... to browse the reality!
Laya is a so called reality browser that lets you look for restaurants, gets you info on famous buildings, points of interest and what not else!
Check the Laya site.
I tried it and I like it... very nerdy <3

I recently bought Robotvision for my iPhone. It's not as powerful as Layar, but still pretty cool.
