Got this in my University's newsletter. Passing it on in case they try at any other schools.

"IT received reports regarding a new phishing scam sent by email to university account holders. If you received a notice from "System Administrator" with the subject "Your Email Quota Limit" please delete it immediately. The email asks you to click on a link and fill out a form to upgrade your account. This email is not legitimate. "
