Lord of the Rings Online is now free! Naturally, a free account doesn't have as many features as a premium, or gold one, but it's free!! You can play as an Elf, Human, Dwarf, or Hobbit, and choose from many professions, as you explore Middle Earth and fight the forces of evil. You can start your own Fellowship or play solo.

I am bringing this up because 1. it's news and 2. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in starting an OTF Fellowship?

Well, finaly the European servers of LOTR are free to play too...and I am playing.

I might consider it. But right now I'm having to rock my steampunk laptop and it can't handle Youtube, let alone anything with an iota of graphics
