Answer:
Upon arriving in the present (believed to be 1995 in the film), the Terminator Model T-800 (Arnold Schwarzenegger) enters a biker bar and takes the clothes and firearm off a biker. As he prepares to leave on the biker's Harley Fatboy, the T-800 is confronted by the bar owner, who fires a warning shot from his sawed-off Winchester 1887. The Terminator coolly walks over and snatches the gun from his hand.
When the T-1000 (Robert Patrick) first enters the present, he kills an LAPD officer and takes his uniform and his standard issue Beretta 92FS. He is seen using this gun to shoot at John Connor (Edward Furlong) before losing it in the struggle with the T-800 (Arnold Schwarzenegger).
The T-1000 (Robert Patrick) takes a Browning Hi-Power Mklll off Lewis, the guard he kills in the mental hospital and uses it to shoot at Sarah, John, and the Terminator before discarding it when it runs dry.

ok the only 4 people I knew besides john connor as the primary target which I mentioned wasnt able to find was:

there were Im assuming 16 others on the list but were never mentioned by name but referred to as liutents

he was a death row inmate who signed up for a skynet program before judgement day, skynet then used him to make a human hybrid terminator, and if you watched the terminator salvation you would know he came from an underground bunker that John Connor and his group attacked at the begining of the movie, but Marcus and John didnt meet till bout half way through the movie, and marcus did eventually save johns life by giving him his heart by the end of the movie when both him and john attacked a central skynet hub and john became injured.

that depends, I know some hide out in old ruins, in john connors group didnt they hide out in an underground bunker or silo of some kind. and I know Kyle Reese when we see him in T4 he was hiding in some old city ruins at one point

if I remember right james ellison was the fbi agent, he had some bad expierences with terminators, especially cromarty, so he eventually joined them
