Mohdanni gets the point, he gave the answer I was looking for (though Max was not far off), Joffrey killed him to prove HE was king (and he wasn't a weak woman like his mum and wife to be)!

Sadly, I have no idea... I've never seen GoT

Max is correct again! As we Dutchies like to say, 1 egg is no egg, 2 eggs is half an egg, and three eggs is a dragonegg! ..Actually an Easteregg, but you get the point! (That can go both ways )

Q16

Answer: After Theon Greyjoy takes Winterfell, Hodor hides in the crypts along with Osha, Bran, Rickon, Meera Reed and Jojen Reed, faking their escape out of the castle.

Hodor flees with Bran, Meera, and Jojen north toward the Wall. They eventually reach the Wall at the Nightfort and meet Samwell Tarly of the Night's Watch. He leads them through a secret door at the bottom of a well that takes them through to the north side of the Wall. There they meet Coldhands, an enigmatic figure of uncertain allegiance
