Answer: "Some Day My Prince Will Come" is the song you are refering to.
This song first appears 57:40 into the movie, when Princess Snow White sings a bedtime song for the dwarfs after their small party. So, is the answer the dwarfs fall asleep?
It later appears when Snow White is making a pie and once more in a more formal version when the prince takes Snow White away at the end.

Answer: I had to spend a lot of time reading up on this one, but the answer is 7 (seven)
Wish 1: Genie first appears in Aladdin, where he is released from a magical oil lamp in the collapsed Cave of Wonders. After he reveals that he can grant three wishes, Aladdin dupes Genie using a wish to free Aladdin and Abu from the cave but without using one of his three original wishes.
Wish 2: Aladdins first wish: making him a prince
Wish 3: Genie is released again when Aladdin is shackled, gagged, and thrown off a cliff into the ocean by Jafar's guards. He rescues Aladdin as the second wish
Wish 4: The Genie's lamp is later stolen and delivered to Jafar , making Jafar Genie's new master. Genie has no choice but to grant Jafar's first wish to become Sultan of Agrabah
Wish 5: Jafar's second wish to become the world's most powerful sorcerer.
Wish 6: During the final fight between Aladdin and Jafar, the Genie is forced to grant Jafar's final wish to become an all-powerful Genie when Aladdin convinces him to do so. However, as they both know, the fulfillment of this wish causes Jafar to be imprisoned in a lamp of his own, which Genie hurls into the desert.
Wish 7: Aladdin decides to live up to his original promise and uses his final wish to free Genie from his lamp's power, the now-free Genie leaves Agrabah to explore the world.
