I've been randomly online through this sunday and since I checked the Cantina in my little spycam at noon, there's been Light and Dark Jedi crawling all over the place all day, seems like a success. Wuher is a bit jumpy but thats to be expected with so many force users suddenly appearing. He'll get used to it soon. Personally, wow. What a grand initiative, thank you so much CT

I for one am happy to see the new ranks come about. For me it completes the whole feeling of the Star Wars chat. Now we have the whole spectrum of avaiable ranks in the chat. Three cheers for Tex, Glenn, Damos and anyone else who deserves it.

Aye
Allowing everyone free access to Jedi/Dark Jedi ranks is I think very cool and a good move as so many people act out being these kind of characters anyway.

Yes, the new ranks are wonderful.
I also love how we get a lightsaber in the armoury.

One thing tho, the colour somehow doesn't fit the 'Dark Jedi' thing.
Couple of suggestions for better colours:
dark gray #696969
blue-ish grey #4682B4
red #ff0000

*bows* Thank you all. It appears that the Jedi Affiliation is a success, as well as the addition of the lightsaber to the armory for those that select the Jedi affiliations. Kudos to Henri for making this work.
I initially wanted the red hex # you posted Jor, but was asked to change it up slightly. We can test a few different colors out and tweek them if there is enough demand. Nothing is set in stone and cosmetic changes like colors are very easy to do. I would like to see any suggestions and comments you all may have so please send them to me.

It's so much more fun!!!
CL1 = Youngling! *LOL* that's the best of all!!!
For the new peeps starting out in the chat it gives them more of a feeling of growing with the chat, from Youngling to Jedi Master!

oo I Totally Love these New Jedi Ranks  I Can't wait to Move up to the next Rank *L* That's if I could find a Dept to Join.
I've been Deptarment-less Since March and the last time I Was promoted was Feb 2002 *L*

*grins evilishly*  seeee! peeps like new ranks CT what about making the possibiliity of going up ranks for the bounty hunter civilian and Smugglers as well instead of jsut staying plain old plain old no matter what? *snickers and trounces off* jsut couldn't resist .....

Bounty Hunters and Civvies can't have ranks -- defeats the purpose!
Boba Fett, and Greedo, were both Bounty Hunters, not Bounty King and Bounty Dweeb, or something *L*
As for civvies -- everyone is equal (as long as they're human) under Palpatine's New Order *muahaha*

yeah yeah yeah*l* I was just playing with my good buddy CT over there*l* though I do sincerly believe that there should be some way to distinguish between the ranks of each of those affiliations...not jsut by accessing the personell list...like maybe adding in the (CL 4) after the rank or such*shrugs* heh just a thought....and besides! you can too go up in rank like Fett the obunty hunter didn't nescisarily start off right where he's at now...prolly didn't even start straight with obunty hunting either so he would like go "up" in rank but i still agree with the descision for not having ranks*l*

Ummm...click on the personnel list or the person's dossier. It gives you the CL right there. It only takes a few seconds of your time...
Sorry Wraith, we're going to leave Bounty Hunter's and Smugglers as is per the Executive Council and SW Sector Command decision. I do appreciate your input and your suggestions.
Therefore, all future comments, suggestions and such can go to me personally, or drop a note into the OTF Suggestion Box. Glad all of you like the Jedi ranks. Be careful where you point those lightsabers though...
