Has this release been confirmed or is it more delusions of grandeur from the fan boys and girls over at www.theforce.net?
I'll believe it when I see it...I already have two SW: OT VHS box sets (THX enhanced re-release, and the Special Edition) and if the day comes when Episodes IV - VI are released on DVD I'll pick them up, especially if they separate the unspoiled, untouched original trilogy from the Special Edition. Sell both versions for each of the OT films in a nifty box set and I'll fight for a place in line to get that. Then I'm sure in a few years "The Flanneled One" will taunt us again with even more re-releases and box sets...
If I were to go to a movie, which one of the following would y'all recommend?
- The Matrix Revolutions
- Elf
- Master and Commander
- The Last Samurai
- Or wait until next week to see LOTR: Return of the King?
I'm thinking RotK...

I'd go with Master and Commander and RotK. Can we do two? *l* Does that work, or would that just be too much commercialism for you in one year?
Doesn't it irk you that I'll be walking out of the theater on Wednesday morning the same time you'll be walking in? =P

I just watched Master & Commander... it was definitely an awesome movie. But Return of the King will be an awesome movie. I guess it depends on whether you want harsh dramatic "realism" (that's really cool as well) or fantasy/drama with probably a leetle less blood!
but I'm doing both... maybe if you skip a meal you can save up for tickets and all.

Ok..what you need to do is use a warm red light! *nods* cut off the top of your pineapple including a bit of the pineapple itself, and place it in a saucer of water *nod* then keep him warm and wet...viola!
