Due to recent events I am now a definite no.
Other matters will have priority over fun for the coming months. Attending a union, any union, will probably be out of the question untill sometime in 2007.
Not too worry, I'll still remember who I need to buy a beer by then

Hello peaple,
I finaly found some time to look into more details.
As been said before the Uni is from 4 til 7 august.
We have the option of visiting famous belgian city's 
- Brugge
- Brussel
In these city's there are several museums to have a look at 
Tough depending on the peapl who will be comming i'll make a program before or lissen to what peaple want to visit on the first day.
As for hotels ...
The cheapest way is to book hotels the way sylvius did. By looking for a B&B @ http://www.bedandbreakfast-gent.be/en/home.php , This is in gent since that will be the main location.
Sylvius and DS will be staying @ http://users.pandora.be/rommelwater/eng.html .
If any of you peaple need me to book there room, or would like more information, pleas mail me @ benoit.dominique@skynet.be.
Pleas send me a mail when you are sure to atending the uni as well. In this mail pleas include date and hour of ariving, date and hour of departure, hotel your staying ( if you are staying for more then 1 day ), and your cell number

Official shedual:
Frinday:
- morning = arival
- afternoon = by car or train to brugge
- evening = a happy drink prolly in gent ( several alternatives to be desided by atnedees )
Saterday: Visit to antwerp lead by Andy Freeman ( train ) !
Sunday: Visit to gent
Monday: open day , we'll see what peaple want + leaving of atendees
