Benefits: 50 MB's of space is quite abit for the average person, personally my site is almost 20mb's on my ISP and thats almost the max of what I can stick on there.

Benefits: at 120 MB you are laughing, this is massive amount of space to store almost anything and everything, small avi files and you could launch one majestic site.
