ok i killed this dude in the game that had like 1 trill bounty on him but when i killed him i only got like 1million.... whats the deal?

Was the 1 trillian bounty a federation bounty??? because the 1 million could have been a bounty placed by a player. UNFORTUNATLY you cant collect Federation bounties, you can only collect bounties placed by players. If they aint changed the code!
