Thanks Exo..glad someone is liking the round and changes 
The 7 planets is so in the long run you can save turns. You can have 21 planets in 3 sectors as opposed to 5 sectors to have the same number of planets for instance. This is saving the turns even using trade routes with the extra 2 sectors required for the same number of planets. Also easier to have more planets in one place and having to spend less on sector defenses. You had to own 3 planets before to own the sector now you have to own 5.

Personally for my style of play, having 7 planets instead of 5 planets in a sector, is doing me a massive favour ...

Your right king, I am trying to stir things up. A round without challenges is no fun. But I'm not only starting strong I'm holding it as well. For all the "legends" who started I'm a little disapointed. Almost all the rounds I start on top and lose it somewhere later. I figured it would be different this round.
Your also right, I wont be in the top the whole game. And you scare me, I'm currently making 70+ pts per turn but your making almost twice that. I have to give you credit... Thats why I'm posting this:
Anyone who finds a bank/main planet owned by any of the following players will recieve a minimum of 30% of the credits taken from the planet (Assuming I can take it). And 1 bill for any main planets that I can't take...
Players: XZ, Minister, Whitty, Mactavish, hell-boy, and radas.
5 bill + 50% for King Pins bank!
All the numbers will go up with time so if you find something msg me for payment info and such.

Trust me, i'm honest when i say I'll pay and I'll pay well. I wouldn't post anything here just to jeperdize my credability. If you find something big then I will reward you for it. King Pin is the only one I'm really worried about so if you find any of his planets then tell me and I'll almost pay anything.
As for the hits put on me, I accept them. All's fair in love and war...

Well as there is a desperate hit put on me, the only way for me to respond is to offer the same thing. If you tell me a sector of Exo's that turns out to be his bank I will pay you whatever Exo would pay you and more. Plus I would personally protect you for this round.
And who would you rather work with, the King Pin?
Or his desperate, frightened enemy?
New guys: want to be in the top ten this round? All you need is to find exo and you're rich. good luck.

How come with my score my sofa is more effective against a player whos ranked below me with a higher torp level then my torp's or comp, and less effective against a higher score player with a same comp level as planet torps?
Whitty has tried the same and his sofa's are just as inneffective.

I hate to bring this up but once again the sofa code is utter Boll***s. You say you change it to protect the small players but then why is i cannot sofa players with 45k+ score?!?!?! We have the same problem every round and its really starting to get on my ****. I sofa a planet with 20 torps with 23 comps and i do 40k damage? where is the sense in that! I am very p***** off because by the time anything is done the bank will be gone and i will not have the bank i should have, in addition the credits spent on my ship are wasted....absolute nonsense! Im going to hang around until i get an answer then i shall leave because what is the point in having the attack feature even there if it doesnt work properly! MODS EXPLAIN!

I have been through the sofa code in the three main files that involves SOFA. I was also lucky enough to catch one of the original coders of OTF's version of BNT online and enlisted his assistance to check as well. There was nothing seriously wrong that either of us could find. I even compared the files to the old round 3 and round 4 files. The only thing that was found was a few errant characters, possibly due to a glitch during debugging. I am going to clean up the errant characters and see if this is the problem. If not I will get a copy of files from another server and see if anything is out of line. I will keep you informed as to my findings.

as an Admin i shouldn't have input on who gets attacked and who doesn't but if i weren't an admin i'd have to say go for King Pin before he gets so strong no one stands any kind of chance against him  just an idea

Ouch, I have to admit I did get hit pretty good. In my defense I was out of town the past 3 days or so and only could check my stuff. No serious playing while away, but now I'm back. Don't think this changes anything, I'll make my comeback. Whitty and XZ are my main targets, but King Pin is still my main. Watch the rankings, cause I'll be back up top...

LOL tidus you beat me to the punch. I was gunna reply to XZ and suggest myself but you already did! hahaha, well tidus i hope your suggestion is strictly logical rather than personal (i thought we were friends )
Im used to being targeted by the mods. I just hope you mods find the strength of character that you have inside you to not try and tip the balance in someone elses favor. I just want a round free of mod tricks or mod players.
