What causes low blood pressure and inconsistant blood pressure, more specifically at the same time?

Jayne...it's fluxuating. Not a huge amount, but my blood pressure is running low, but it's also not the same from one moment to the next. I'll be normal, and then low, closer to normal, back to low, normal, just below, low, etc.

it's normal for blood pressure to fluctuate from one moment to the next. since your BP is determined by everything about your body (ie. the position you are in, how anxious you are, whether you are concentrating on your blood pressure, how relaxed you are etc etc...) and all these things vary from second to second. so, nothing to worry about.
