To the best bid I will release the famed "Mr. Darcy Files" - the truth about Dmitri's intentions toward Mr. Darcy from his own lips. The bidding will commence now and end on April 1st by sheer coincidence at which point I will release the Mr. Darcy Files to the winner and/or everyone.

Why, plotting, as usual. It's a nice change from the former ISA Director, who switches loyalties faster than Binary Phase Shift Keying modulation could.
...And that's really fast, to put it non-scientifically.
