According to AICN, Producer Andrew Vajna (who's latest film was Basic Instinct 2) and writers  John Brancato and Michael Ferris (Catwoman) are going to be doing Terminator 4 (they apperantly did Terminator 3 and uh well we know how that one turned out)

A movie they refer to as a real sci-fi film.  :P
