Iv been acussed for cheating because of my score. all i did was take money from SEELE 02 i didnt attack though. i was on his team and the money was sitting on his planet so i took it he was at the top ranking but no one was on the game to see. so im in a bit of a pickle.  i would really apprecaite some help. ohh yeah his planet was corprate.

why was you going after a teamate?
If he gave you the money... or it was an understanding that you where allowed to take them... or you took them after he had died... its not cheating.
If you enter an alliance to achive information on easy prey... then its cheating...

i saw.
i watched as over the course of minutes SEELE 02 used tens of thousands of turns to become the #1 player.
i saw that he appeared, did all this, and then dissapeared all within a few hours.
i also saw that he had the same OTF handle as Professor Cum, who was determined to be a multi of Suzuki90, and deleted/banned from the game just a few hours ago.

first of all the use of 10's of thousands of turns is cheating, and taking for another player by means of lying isn't cheating.. it's being a back stabber... but perfectly allowed

Well Dookie has told me the location of his planet and it has 30 bill on there. I have taken the planet but will get rid of it if others think of it as cheating.

I dont think you guys read the note which was given by the gamemaster in message-form in last round...
There it was told that entering a alliance whit the means of gather info to gein easy prey was ilegal...

I didn't say it was illegal. What I said was that I consider someone that does that to be someone of no talent and if I heard of someone doing such they could expect a visit from Webmaster's ship at some point in the game.

I never accused you of cheating, but I am suspicious. All I'm saying as that now King Pin (The Ripper) is in first with cheated money. He got if from someone who cheated. The money never should have existed, and its unfair to everyone else. Because the next time someone cheats and then they just "give" there money away to some random person, it gives that person an edge. So I'm saying that I respect The Ripper's playing from past rounds, but to accept that much money from a person who used more turns than allowed, is less honorable.
To go along with this, not only has the money from Seele 02 been given to King Pin, its also been given from him to Tex (Still not cheating). Therefor, there are 3 people in the top 5 who have cheated (suzuki90) and people with cheated money. Also, the start of the round had an error, since there are 8000 sectors and IGB interest was 10X's as high.
In conclusion, this round is already completly off. I, again, think that it should be closed down. The turn cheat should be looked at, and a stern warning for all those who transfer money without good reason. Possibbly even a round ban...
Please respond Kyp, since I havn't seen an answer in any of the other forum posts and I'm to lazy to actually email you.

Yes Exo III is right but I should not be at fault. I had no clue about Tex, suzuki90, or SEELE 02 cheating. If I did I would of reported it and never thought about taking the money. But I would still like to play. This is a fun game and I would hate being banned for a accidental reason.

hmmm looks like things are running great here guys? First and formost i have quit BNT here so i have no stance for any players (also theres room for a new top player )
I dont know the full story but from what i read the ripper is a cheating idiot. He has a history of cheating, my proper account is currently banned because i reported him for cheating, yea still waiting for "the evidence" kyp which doesnt exist thus why i have received no reply about the email i sent. Obviously snowballing by using multiple accounts to gain an advantage..... When will you ****wits realise its a game and by going to this stupid lengths in order to gain an advantage is very shallow and cowardly and i have had enough of it all.
You wonder why there are no great players left? Its bescause of stupid cheaters being allowed to exploit the game whilst the honest are punished combined with incompetant admins and mods who do sod all but add to the ever increasing list of problems.
All i can say is good luck to the honest players out there (because you are gonna need it) and you shall not see me in the game ever again unless something gets fixed, but i will appear in the forums from time to time to back up the honest players.... exo, seele, XP, Grife, Gary and strongmad are all that i can see on there that i have played with and know for fact they are honest. Well i shall leave you to ponder these points further, i bid you goodbye and maybe i show up some day....

I am going to stop this round tonight/tommorrow morning. It will be around 1-2 AM EST, not sure when we will be done at work. I will restart the game Sunday. I will add the time in a day or two after I have had a chance to fix the bug that allowed that many turns to be used. So far I haven't found anything that might cause this. My apologies for the cheaters that have ruined the start of this game. If I could preemptively ban them before they register I would, but alas I am not clairvoyant.

Thanks Kyp, the reset is well needed. I still advise having either a secondary mod who can freeze accounts and then have you look into it or something to that nature. There were many volunteers in earlier posts...
Also, perhaps sending a strict warning to all the players when they start about the rules and whats considered cheating. Also, what happens to those who do and other possible conciquences.
Anyhow, thanks again for the reset, keep us informed. I hope that planets have the higher intrest this time.

Kyp, may I suggest stopping the game for longer than 2 days so all us players and yourself can get some rest. Sounds like you need it the most and I don't think anyone wouild complain about it.

Just another though I was having, wouldn't it be better to have attacking disabled for players under a score of 1 mill or 500,000 the whole time. This way newer players can't be attacked until they have established themselves and at the start, only high players can be attacked when they pass this level.

just to inform everyone i decided to use the turn cheat, provided to me buy an annonymous source, i turned it into the admins, along with a fix for it, and decided to have some fun since the round is being reset... anyone who complains can do so ebcause this round won't count for anything.... i just decided to have some fun with it myself before the round was over

just to let people konw, i talked to Plugboy, and he fixed the turn cheat so don't even bother trying it... yes i know i used it but i plan on SDing at some point anyways... not that it matters due to the ending round.

Hey Krillen what does the turn cheat look like what is it a error in the game or what. Because i know who uses it and he told me all about it. so i would like to know your side of the story. because frankly i dont think you know what your talking about.
