Artist Tim Hildebrandt passed away on June 11 due to complications with diabetes. He did work, usually with his brother Greg, on such topics as Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, and Magic: The Gathering.

That's a real shame, he was a great artist and I have card sets with his name on them despite having two of Greg's prints on my bedroom wall *for many years now*.
If you've never seen either of their work, go look!

now i have to update the bio on them for the AG... er.. wow, that sounded bad, but the artistic community will suffer as a result of his death.
