I wanted to keep my name out of this discussion as long as I could. First off, and I never thought I would say this, I agree with Lzr that you have all gotten off topic. This is a discussion about David, not fantasy movies and anything of that nature.
Second, I think it's time you people learn to lighten up on the ISA in its entirety. These people have the most selfless job you can imagine and, believe me when I say this, the number of thankyous they get can be counted on one hand. Everybody feels like they can go around and critisize the ISA for how they handle one situation or another...but when push comes to shove you know they are trying to do what they feel is best for ALL of OTF. You people like to think that you are above the ISA because you could do everything perfectly..well, to be honest, if you could don't you think you would have been invited to the ISA by now?
The ISA is an elite group that brings members in by invite only for a reason. Not everybody can handle what they go through, especially when OTF chatters belittle them while they are dealing with a situation. You people wonder why sometimes and ISA deputy blows up on you? It's usually because they are dealing with a somewhat minor situation and you have to add your two cents in every couple of seconds and make the problem a thousand times worse.
To be honest, if you people really wanted to see the ISA do a better job...stop trying to help. The ISA know what they are doing, we spend months training them to make sure that they cna handle the job. If they can't get through the training, they dont' make ISA. You people need to start showing a little faith in the ISA Director and trusting what his opinion is and get off of his back for a change.
A few months ago in the Blue Report I wrote an article thanking Zild for the amazing job he has done as the Director. As of late, I think that article has seemed to have fallen on deaf ears...if you get the chance I suggest EVERY member of OTF takes the time and reads the article very carefully.

The only thing i will comment on at this time is this, Lzrman says we was off topic, but wasn't him hisself who posted the simple message *OTF* when people started naming things that needed to end? So agreeing with him, seems kinda double-crossed (Can't think of what i really mean at the moment, it'll come to me later i'm sure) If Lzrman wants people to stay on topic then he himself should stay on topic. It was all meant as fun. We get David's point and was just trying to lighting the mood a bit. No harm was meant i'm sure.

I did not confuse myself. I overworked myself. I spend all my time working on billing so you lifeless computer geeks can play at OTF. I'm tired and stressed. And I'm wondering if I should look to see if Zild has an account with our company....maybe I can ban him. No Zild, no ISA. "Oops...sorry about the technical inconvenience."

Wow... I should start visiting the forums more often. Ok, even though it might be a little late, here are my two cents. ISA isn't bad in theory, it's actually wonderful! But not all theories pan out. There are always people who abuse their power or who just plain make mistakes. That's just the nature of being human. No one is perfect... No one. I bet 75% of OTFers have something that they think was handled badly by ISA. I even have a few myself, but they were doing their job. Not every situation can be handled perfectly since as you know, no one's perfect. As a new ISA recruit, I hope to be able to handle these type of situations with poise, dignity and respect for all involved. But I'm sure there will be things I do that someone won't agree with, but you know what, I'm doing my job.
Now to about OTF being a chat room. Yes, it is just a chat room but to some of us it's much more. I spend more time in OTF than I do with real people. It's hard for me to make friends, since I'm so shy when I meet people for the first time. But in OTF I can talk to anyone without feeling "Ok, they think I'm fat" or "They think I'm dumb". (I know both of those are untrue, well, the latter one is at least, but I still feel that way) OTF is my home. I feel more comfortable here than I do anywhere else. So, to me, OTF is a bit more than just a chat room.
And a final note: I thought Dennis Hopper was awsome as Koopa! I love that movie! He's also good in Space Truckers.

I just want to point out...

What would truly bring this thread to an end if we all hold hands and sing along as Burt Bacharach plays "What the world needs now is love". I know it would make me smile as i'm sure it would to all who have said their two-cents in this thread because no one can get sad or mad when Burt Bacharach is performing, only happiness. Apologies for being a bit queit on this thread.
Ive learnt a few things from this thread. good and bad...
Yes I have lost some freinds over a stupid reason, ive moved on, as far as I'm concerned, its their loss.
Just somthing ive realised about the ISA i think you should all know, it a very close nit, and very supportive team (and i mean all of them). This is a side to ISA ive never seen before, when i was none ISA. They are human afterall
