I've overhauled the OTF spam-filtering completely - and am interested to see how this affects you.
NOTE: The changes only affect @outpost10f.com addresses and aliases. Spam to (for instance) gmail.com addresses that are not forwarded from an alias@outpost10f.com will not be affected at all. When voting, please only vote for the @outpost10f.com account/alias spam amounts!

Again, well done Iain! We've all had our fair share of SPAM (and more) and your upgrades should return some sense of balance to the force'net, as it was foreseen.

I personally haven't noticed any decrease in the amount of spam sent to my outpost10f.com alias/address. The only ones I get are all very similar, mostly about stock options, and always have a .gif, .png, or .jpg picture attached. Some days I get none, other days I get up to 5 or 6. It averages about 15-20 a week. But the catch is each one is from a different email address, and when I go to the domain of these email addresses, they all look like normal websites. One was even a breast cancer survivor's group. If anyone wants more information, let me know!

I'd suggest forwarding any SPAM you get through an outpost email address to Iain, including all headers. a) it's good to prove his system isn't 100% efficient (yet) and b) he can use the forwarded emails to improve our current system.
I'm off to sell my email address to as many SPAMmers as I can to prove Iain wrong some more. Join me!

I have a crazy experimental idea.
Create the Outpost Email Address spam@outpost10f.com and propagate it on the internet and see how long it takes to recieve its first spam message
Just for testing purposes that is
