i feel like my brain has froze

harder than the muck out there

the december has left me

dulled and void

the new year starts on empty

a dusting of aspirations

that float away

after entering my mind

good intentions

i fight them off

with my superior dull sword

scare them

with my inner ogre

whose heavy seat

pins the pretty fairy

of truth and knowledge

plans of action

understanding

organization and perfectly drawn out plan

squishes flat

leaving

good intentions

underr my ass

on the comfy chair

gets stuck in the cracks

where things get lost

never to be found again

even when turned upside down

all that drops out is crumbs

perhaps

of good intentions
