I had an email sitting in my inbox from the party the other day telling me all about this new youtube party channel - which i happen to think is a great idea for connecting wth voters especially in the 'age of the internet'.
This post isn't just a shameless plug for the labour party, but i thought i'd post a link to something that may interest you specfically - see this. I know there are a lot of negative attitudes towards the party in general but i think it important that voters try and give us feedback and have a voice so that we may strive to represent and apply ourselves to issues that matter to people like yourselves.
I certainly know (from my political experience) that people will simply complain and complain then when you ask them about voting they'll turn around and say that they don't, that it doesn't matter or isn't important... which really isn't good enough - and unless on a local level people give me something to work with, tell me what they want or engage with me or my colleagues in any way then we simply won't listen =p
We must remember that communication is not a one man show, so make the most of it =p
