A couple days ago the 2008 Children in Need Special aired a couple min from "The Next Doctor", the 2008 Christmas Special.

And here it is... Doctor Who (David Tennant) meet Doctor Who (David Morrissey) and companion (of Morrissey), Rosita/Rose-ita (played by actress Velile Tshabalala....gah...what a toungue twister of a name! )

Sonic Screwdrivers are uncommon to us, but maybe the norm for higher tech species
Look at Miss Foster in "4x01 - Partners in Crime", she had a sonic screwdriver ...........well Sonic Pen ...........well Sonic device

After seeing the Children in Need clip, I think the Other Doctor is a imposter
why would he need to say, "this is a job for a Time Lord"?
