Im not too familiar with Iron Man villians (never been a big fan. Course I never even heard of Iron Man till like maybe 5 years ago) but it seems that Mr. Hammer is a major rival of Tony who often attempts to steal the Iron Man armour. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Justin_Hammer

Also, we might be getting Hawkeye. Sounds like classic Iron Man to me. Now, if only they had a way to include Doctor Doom in an Iron Man movie...
