Trailer's up for the November special. This aired yesterday at Comic Con (along with the Christmas trailer but the version I saw must have been recorded from a cell phone....  ). The Doctor will be seen before November in Sarah Jane Adventures for a 2 ep arc.

*Laughs* Doctor Who has turned into a comedy. Sorry, I just laughed during that trailer.
The "water" is really the anger of all the disgruntled fans trying to (I say this with irony), trying to take over Earth. No, really, think about it. Either that or it's the ghosts/souls of all the enemies the Doctor's defeated over the years.
Or Mary Whitehouse.
