I think this would be great, I can think of a quite a few people who would enjoy using it, and more specifically creating it (myself included). Should definitely be done!

Avatars. Just from the TV show? Or do we try to acquire faces for book characters too?
Affiliations. I've started looking at these in terms of houses: Greyjoy, Tyrell, Lannister, Stark, Baratheon, Targaryen. Also, Dothraki, Wildlings/Free Folk, and Black Brothers. Am I missing anything important? Are Dothraki not important enough?
How do you picture the Game of Thrones Chat? When you think of the login page, the icon, the chat header, what do YOU see?
Ranks. It isn't a direct copy-over from the Humans in Minas Tirith. There are different words that we see in the books, things like Warden, (Chief) Steward, Maegi, Septa, Maester. Do you see these fitting in as ranks? Do any other words come to mind?
