Hello, just checking the Ontario Union Date as suggested by me. Please let me know and/or suggest other dates.

I said no, only because I can't go the WHOLE time.
Although maybe we can say that you can go for as many or as little time as one would like? Some people may only want the weekend?

Nar, yes you can come for a bit of time not the whole thing. I'm just figuring out a time span that'd work.

Hmm... Not to be a party pooper, but IS there enough things to do in London to support a 6 day event?

Actually, looking at my available vacation time and the vacation structure employed by my company, I would suggest the following dates instead of the one suggested above:
November 16th to November 20th.
This will be from a Tuesday to Saturday, and hopefully fit in with any people that have a bi-weekly paycheck. (Me in this perticular case.)
It will also be helpful for people to have a shorter timespan, basically because each day will have a cost attached to it, pending on what type of accomodation and travel arrangement you have. Having a 7 day period do allow for lots of activities to be made, but will also be a potential for "boring" times to pop up.
This said, 16th to 20th of November do get my vote!

Potentially moving it over a day to the 17-21st? This'll be better for students. =)

*LOL* Allow me to question the time selected further...
Is there a perticular reason why we promptly need 5 days for this event? Would it not stand to reason that by having a more condensed version of the time, people will have a chance to plan in more detail and get to meet everyone that might not be able to come in the middle of the week..
*coughs* and as Diane mentioned above, it would ease the pressure of the wallets too...
