Every once and a while I'll get someone asking me what a good FTP client is, where to download, ect. I used to point people to WSFTP_LE, but they stopped issuing free licences about a year ago. I haven't really found a free program I could feel good about recommending to people (Leech was my becoming my fallback) until now.
FireFTP is a free FTP client that runs within the Firefox web browser. I haven't had much time to poke around in it, but from what I've seen so far I'm already a fan. The controls and structure are simple and intuitive, the browsing structure is conveniently arranged. It's fast, too, which was my chief complaint about other FTP clients when I found myself digging through remote directories for some file or another.
If you're looking for an FTP client, this is one you should check out. FireFTP runs within Mozilla Firefox, so you'll need Firefox installed to install and run it (accessable from the Tools menu). If you don't have Firefox, you should.

I agree fully with Eagle, FireFTP is an absolute joy to use. Download, download, download!

I agree.

It looks pretty cool and everything, but i am not overly keen on firefox anyway, so i probably won't be using it. Not seeing i have a copy of WSFTP on my computer, which works just fine,
