So yeah BBC via freedom of information act have found the goverment is working on mobile phone applications. costing 10,000 - 40,000 each, predominatly in the help people get back into work area.
Maybe im just plain dumb here, but if people cant find work and dont have a job, how are they going to be able to afford the contracts required to be able to purchase these applications? especially the Iphone app they are making.
